Ray did a great job for us. I would say he was on time but he was actually there before anyone and ready to get to work. He was very thorough in his process and didn't not skip a single step. After the inspection he went through the entire house again with my family explaining everything he did, what he was looking for, and his findings. I would highly recommend him.

Comments: He is very thorough, he had us look at many things that turned out to be fine but could have caused issues later. He is very friendly, and helpful, he even called back to make sure everything was alright and see if we had any questions or additional needs. He is so professional and had us bring out other contractors unrelated to him just to be sure we were getting the best of the best.
